Welcome to ResumeFalcon.ai. These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.

"Website" refers to ResumeFalcon.ai, accessible from the internet.

Free Trial
The Service may offer a Free Trial for a limited period of time. The Free Trial ends after 3 days or after you have created 5 AI resumes, whichever comes first. You may cancel at any time before the Free Trial ends. If you do not cancel before the Free Trial ends, you will be charged the subscription fee for the following month.
Resume Ownership
At no point does the Company, ResumeFalcon.ai, own your resume. The resumes generated are yours to keep and reuse for as long as you want.
Conditions of Use
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for any activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the Service for lawful purposes only.
Content
You agree not to post, upload, or distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal, unauthorized, or otherwise prohibited uses.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of Nevada, United States and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Nevada for the resolution of any disputes.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.
